FAQ & About
COVID-19 & SHIPPING IMPACT
We are still open, operational, and shipping parcels out to Canada, the USA, and internationally. Packages may encounter delays due to increases in parcel screening, processing, volume, and increased security measures following the Covid-19 pandemic. USPS, Canada Post, and Asendia have all released statements concerning this matter.
Our shop and Chitchats Express (the shipping company we process all of our packages through) are committed to continuing to get your packages out to you securely and safely. In the event that any service closures do occur and shipping to any countries does need to be suspended, we will post updates about the matter on this FAQ page.

The default currency is CAD (Canadian Dollars), there is a drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner that can automatically convert the currency for you on shop listings. Your checkout will be listed in Canadian dollars.

We ship using a Canadian courier called Chit Chats Express that is partnered with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Asendia. All American and International orders go through them, hence the American return address on some parcels.
