Where is this store based and who runs it?
Ontario, Canada, and it's run by one weirdo who started drawing some strange things and eventually turned it into a full-time job.
Amrit Brar is an illustrator and zine creator based out of Ontario, Canada who is best known for her work on the Shitty Horoscopes zine series and The Marigold Tarot. You can view her website and instagram for more art and info.
What currency is displayed on this shop?
The default currency is CAD (Canadian Dollars), there is a drop-down menu in the upper right-hand corner that can automatically convert the currency for you on shop listings. Your checkout will be listed in Canadian dollars.
Will I be charged duties?
Orders being sent to Canada and the USA will not be charged duties. International orders may incur duties and brokerage fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot calculate your duties and taxes for you.
Where do you ship from? My parcel has an American return address.
We ship using a Canadian courier called Chit Chats Express that is partnered with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Asendia. All American and International orders go through them, hence the American return address on some parcels.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders typically take 2-7 business days to process, during which time we will alert you that we have made a note of your order and are working on fulfilling it. Following that, we'll ship it out to you ASAP.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- USA: 3 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
- CANADA: 5 to 15 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
- INTERNATIONAL: International shipping delivery times may vary between 3 and 12 weeks.
All international orders have full tracking. All Canadian and USA orders have tracking, unless you select a small-parcel option that says otherwise.
Do you accept orders placed outside of Canada and the US?
We do indeed! We currently accept orders from The United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, France, Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Hong Kong, Austria, Belgium, Finland, Norway, Malta, Denmark, Iceland, Latvia, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Arab Emirates, and the United States Minor Outlying Islands.
Sometimes international parcels get held at customs. While we do our best to provide all the necessary information, there is nothing we can do about expediting customs clearance.
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
If product arrives damaged, please provide us with a photograph and a detailed description at email@example.com. If you're unsatisfied with your product, please contact us and we will organize a means of making a return or exchange happen. Returns and exchanges may be placed within 30 days of delivery.
How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
This store is powered by Shopify, widely considered one of the most secure e-commerce platforms in the world, and all payments are processed through them and Paypal Express. You can read more about PCI compliance and Shopify's security here.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If something is missing, damaged, or just plain wrong please contact us. We'll get back to you and will work on resolving the matter to your satisfaction ASAP.
